Husky is a weekly planner available at husky.day, currently in beta and provided free of charge. “We”/“us” means the developer, KC Lee (Republic of Korea).
You need an account to save data. Your content belongs to you. We claim no ownership over your tasks, notes, or anything you put in Husky; we host it solely to run the service for you. You’re responsible for your account credentials and for what you store.
Husky is under active development. Features may change, be added, or be removed. We work hard to keep your data safe (see the Privacy Policy), but during beta we can’t guarantee uninterrupted service or zero data loss — keep independent copies of anything critical.
The core of Husky is free and we intend to keep it that way. Optional paid features (“Husky Pro”) may be introduced later; anything currently available for free will be communicated clearly if that changes. We won’t retroactively lock away data you’ve created.
Don’t use Husky to store or distribute unlawful content, don’t attempt to access other users’ data or disrupt the service, and don’t resell access. We may suspend accounts that do.
Calendar connections are governed additionally by Google’s and Apple’s own terms. If those services change or revoke access, connected features may stop working — that’s outside our control.
Husky is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the same extent, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (currently: zero).
You can stop using Husky anytime and request deletion per the Privacy Policy. We may terminate accounts that violate §5, with notice where practicable.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. We’ll post changes here with the date above; continued use after changes means acceptance. Contact: 7272kclee@gmail.com.
